Description: We are so fortunate in California to enjoy juicy ripe citrus all year round. If you own citrus trees, you may find yourself with an overwhelming abundance, or maybe you just LOVE everything citrus and want to learn more ways to work with it. Join us for this class which will highlight how citrus can be prepped, preserved and prepared throughout the seasons. We will highlight preservation methods such as freezing, canning, and dehydrating along with recipes and samples. Pre-registration required. Class size is limited.

Sourdough and Bone Broth

Description: There is nothing better on a cold rainy day than a delicious bowl of soup and a slice of crusty fresh homemade sourdough bread! Join us for this class to unlock the mystery of making your own sourdough right at home along with a delicious nourishing bone broth that can be used as the base for many soups. This will be a cozy comfy class full of tips and tricks to dazzle your friends and family, you don't want to miss this one! Recipes and samples included. Pre-registration required.
