Mishelle Petit

About me

Mishelle Petit has joined the CalFresh Healthy Living, UCCE San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties as a Community Education Specialist II. Mishelle attended Fresno State where she received her Master’s in Public Health with a Health Promotion emphasis. In her most recent role, she served as the Nutrition Outreach Coordinator with the Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County and previously worked in Fresno and Madera Counties as a Community Education Specialist II. In her free time, Mishelle enjoys going to the beach and playing with her dog, Gigi. Mishelle is excited to be back with UCCE and to serve the community she grew up in.
