Betsy Plascencia

About Me

Betsy graduated from California State University, Stanislaus in Turlock with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations. Throughout her undergraduate career Betsy worked in after school programs working with youth. She enjoys helping all the nutrition educators in all the “behind the scenes” work! She loves working with staff who teach about nutritious foods as she is very passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and really enjoys being active through Crossfit. Betsy likes to travel and experience different cultures, foods, and customs. She hasn't been everywhere but it's on her list.
