Introduction to Canning 

Date: Saturday, March 11, 2017

Location: UCCE Auditorium, 2156 Sierra Way, San Luis Obispo

Description: We are beginning our 2017 Saturday Classes by reintroducing "canning basics" to the home canner. We will be highlighting methods of preserving (e.g., water-bath canning, steam-canning, and pressure canning) the difference between high and low acid foods, and how to select safe recipes. Come and get back to basics of canning!

All About Citrus

Class Fee: $5.00
