Summer is a great time to consider drying your garden's bounty or making some jerky for your upcoming backpacking adventure, fishing trip, or maybe just a casual hike.  This class will review all things that can be "dried up" and how to do it.  Dehydrator, oven, sun?  We've got you covered.  Check out this class and learn about drying foods to yield  safe and tasty products.  Pre-registration required.  Class size is limited.
